Beet, Candied Walnut & Chevre Salad Arugula and sherry-walnut vinaigrette
Southern Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta Tasso cream, caramelized onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and scallions
Bacon Crusted Salmon White beans with kale and smoked pork hock, roasted asparagus and sage oil

“Angry” Mussels PEI mussels steamed in a jalapeno broth with chorizo, tomato, onion and cilantro. Served with garlic crostini
